Facilities

At Orion Scotts Park Primary, we are incredibly proud of our school and its beautiful grounds, which provide a safe, inspiring, and versatile environment for learning and play. We believe in the benefits of outdoor learning as well as nurturing classroom spaces, giving children the opportunity to explore, create, and develop in a variety of settings.

Our grounds feature an extensive woodland area, fully resourced to support our Forest School programme. Here, children can connect with nature, develop practical skills, and learn through hands-on experiences that foster confidence, teamwork, and resilience.

During playtimes and physical activities, pupils can also enjoy a wide range of equipment including playground climbing frames, an outdoor gym, a trim trail, and a climbing wall. These spaces encourage active play, creativity, and social development alongside their learning.

To help families explore our school, we have created a virtual tour that showcases our facilities and year group areas. This gives an insight into the spaces where children learn, grow, and enjoy their time at Orion Scotts Park without interrupting the classroom day.
